Overview
Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service is the largest independent locally owned and operated Emergency Medical Service provider in Illinois Indiana Wisconsin Michigan and Ohio. We provide wheelchair transportation Basic Life Support Advanced Life Support and Critical Care ground ambulance services as well as helicopter and fixed wing air ambulance services. Much of our proven success is attributable to the exceptional compassionate customer service provided by our employees.
Superior Air Med / Superior Ambulance Aviation provides aeromedical services for Superior Ambulance. We are seeking a Fixed Wing Pilot (PIC) based out of West Chicago IL (KDPA) for air ambulance operations in a Learjet 45XR. Services include organ recovery medical patient transport corporate travel and charter. Pilots will report to Jet Logistics Inc. the FAA Part 135 certificate holder for Superiors fixed wing operations.

- Standby availability with 1-hour response to base
- Will consider commuting pilots on a case by case basis
Qualifications
PIC Minimum Qualifications:

- 3000 Total Flight Hours
- 1500 Pilot-In-Command Hours
- 1500 Multi-Engine Hours
- 250 PIC Hours in Type
- 1st Class Medical Certificate
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
- Current United States Passport
Recommended Qualifications:

- Experience/Type rating for LJ45 or similar aircraft
- Air medical experience
- International experience
- Corporate charter experience
