Supervisory Helicopter PilotDepartment of the Army Army Reserve Aviation Command (ARAC)Location1 vacancy in the following location: Relocation expenses reimbursedNo Telework eligibleYes as determined by agency policy Duties SummaryAbout the Position: This position is with the Army Reserve Aviation Command (ARAC) Aviation Support Facility (ASF) Hood West (Rotary Wing) located in Fort Hood Texas.Responsibilities+ Serve as a Supervisory Helicopter Pilot for the United States Aviation Support Facility (ASF).+ Establish work schedules and priorities for subordinates based on workload.+ Provide training support in all phases of aviation unit operations aircraft maintenance and supply functions.+ Ensure all safety and Hazard Material (HAZMAT) program requirements are met.+ Formulate standardize and implement comprehensive flight standardization evaluation and training programs.+ Responsible for the operation of the USAR Aviation Support Facility for the 244th Aviation Brigade in accordance with current Army Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) directives.
